David Batchelor's works, which depicts light spectrum in Xmas lighting and different installations from Washington to Barcelona. His work Ten silhouettes in London underground station can clearly show changes in mood while passing by them.

I also found Carlo Bernardini's works very inspiring specially in designing light for landscape. Lighting in landscape is not limited to post lamps or lights along a road. to making new spaces, it's better to use sculpture lights.
